Old Man Who Swallowed a Letter	1 zip sandwich bag, 1 paper plate
Five Little Monkeys	1 pocket folder, 5 clothespins
Cookies and Flippers	2 sheets poster board,1 pancake turner/spatula
Stinky Cheese Game	1 sheet yellow poster board
Mama Mia’s Math Pizza	1 aluminum pie pan, red, yellow, black, green, white, brown fun foam
Lunch Sack Book	3 paper lunch sacks, 1 rubber band
Days of the Week Song Visual	7 white paper plates
Fluency Cards	1 white lunch sack
Cell Phone	½ shower curtain liner, 1 fly swatter
Peanut Butter Song Flannel Board	1 file folder, 1 sheet felt, 2 Velcro
Use Your Brains Games	1 sheet poster board

Driving Directions to Village Square:

• From I-79 North or I-79 South, get off of the Bridgeport/Clarksburg Exit. 
• Turn onto Route 50 West, and continue on 50 West until you come to the Joyce St. exit. 
• Take the Joyce St. exit and at the light make a left hand turn.  Once you make the left hand turn will continue on threw 3 stop lights and at the 4th light make a right turn. 
•  Once you have made the right hand turn you will go approximately 2 1/2 miles and come to a T intersection. 
•  At the T intersection you will make another left hand turn.  After you have made the left hand turn you will follow that road past the VA Medical Center and Park. 
•  Once you pass the VA Medical Center and Park you will cross the New Bridge and come to another stop light. 
•  At the stop light you will make a left turn and you will see Village Square on the left side of the road. 
•  Drive to the back of parking lot.
• Entrance is in the rear of the building.
• You will see a portico with columns.
• That is main entrance. Registration tables will be set up at main entrance.
